Montra Hanstholm Hotel's rules of cancellation and payment charges

Provided that there has been no cancellation prior to 6.00 PM on the day before arrivel. the person/company is responsible for the reservation like for the payment. If ferries, access roads are not readily available it does not change the above mentioned conditions.

We keep the room reserved until 6.00 Pm. For later arrival please contact Montra Hotel Hanstholm. We will then need a guarantee for your arrival either payment in advance or information about your creditcard number. If there is no guarantee for the reservation with arrival later than 6.00 PM or information about delay, we are entitled to rent the room to other guests on inquery.

By payment with credit card you will be charged a fee for the costs the hotel is going to pay the credit card companies. For foreign credit cards up to 5% of the total amount. We recommend you to pay cash.

By paying with foreign exchange we charge a fee Dkk. 30,-
